Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GoFlipo’s website or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Services

GoFlipo is an enterprise platform that offers message validation, fraud prevention, traceability, and compliance tools to authorized organizations. These services are provided on a subscription or contractual basis only.

3. User Responsibilities
As a user of GoFlipo, you agree to:
  • Use the platform only for lawful, authorized purposes
  • Ensure that your use complies with TRAI and all applicable regulations
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Not engage in reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or platform misuse
  • Avoid using GoFlipo for spam, phishing, or unverified traffic injection

URL/Asset Registration & Liability
The Principal Entity shall bear sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in respect of any URL, APK, OTT link, or callback number registered on the platform, and shall be liable for any legal or regulatory consequences arising therefrom. The Principal Entity acknowledges that the selection of the correct registration type is its sole obligation, and that any misclassification or modification post-registration may result in delivery failure, for which the platform disclaims all liability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and code associated with GoFlipo are the intellectual property of Pinnacle Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for our core services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to perform maintenance or updates at any time. 

URL registration, operator validation, and status update may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinnacle shall not be liable for:
  • Losses arising from misuse, downtime, or delayed delivery
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Third-party content or unauthorized use of credentials

Total liability under any contract shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months.

7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinnacle Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates against claims arising out of:
  • Breach of these terms
  • Violation of any laws
  • Unauthorized or malicious use of the platform
8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we suspect breach of these terms, unauthorized use, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
